Dear Jefferson Educators, 

Please visit the following link to go to our Donation Request form, fill out the form for the item you wish to request and email the form to JPTO@WESTFIELDNJK12.ORG. 

Once we receive your request we will get approval for the item from Dr. Hung and then order the item directly to the school with your name on the package.
