Dear  Jefferson Community,

 

We are writing to bring your attention to an urgent matter concerning our school playground. As you may have noticed, the playground equipment is outdated, and slowly falling into disrepair. We believe that every child deserves an engaging and stimulating space to play, and unfortunately, our current playground falls short of that standard. Many of the structures are no longer functional, and are being placed out of commission. We want to provide our students with a playground that they can enjoy for years to come. We are therefore launching a fundraising campaign to replace the equipment, and need to raise over $150,000 (pending final quotes from vendors but equipment would be approx. $100k and installation another $50k). Our goal is to raise $150,000. We are asking for your support in raising the necessary funds to make this project a reality. Your donation will help ensure that our children have a safe and engaging place to play, and will benefit generations of students and children to come.
